India’s Largest Industrial 3D Printer Arrives at Astrobase

Astrobase has marked a major manufacturing milestone with the arrival of India’s largest industrial 3D printer at its facility.

Transported via a multi-truck delivery, the system will play a central role in producing key engine components. Once operational, a single unit of this printer will be capable of supporting the manufacturing of multiple 80-ton thrust full-flow staged combustion (FFSC) engines annually.

This addition represents a foundational step in strengthening Astrobase’s in-house manufacturing infrastructure as we continue to build vertically integrated capabilities for next-generation launch systems.
