01Data we collect

Contact form: your name, work email, title, company and message.

Job applications: applications are submitted on our recruitment platform (Keka), which collects the details and documents you choose to provide under its own privacy policy.

Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) to operate and secure the site. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

02How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, assess job applications, keep the website secure and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decision-making.

03Legal basis

We process data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit a form or application, and where required for legitimate uses permitted by law. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

04Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, such as our hosting, email delivery, spreadsheet and recruitment providers, under contracts that limit their use of it. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights. Some providers may process data outside India, subject to applicable safeguards.

05Retention

We keep contact enquiries for up to 24 months and application data for as long as needed for recruitment, unless a longer period is required by law. We then delete or anonymise it.

06Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access, to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

07Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance with us. If we do not resolve it, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

08Children

This website is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

09Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
